H.O.P.E. is a charitable and educational organization whose mission is to educate, empower, and support children and young adults in the York County. Our philosophy is that in order to be successful in school, a child must be equipped with the necessary tools. Too often, families do not have the financial resources to purchase fresh fruits.
Our mission at Helping Others Progress through Education is to help families improve health by increasing access to farm fresh produce and nutritional and culinary education. The FOODSHARE program is designed to help families improve health by increasing access to FRESH PRODUCE by providing an affordable produce box once a month. Anyone can purchase a box is filled with 12-15 varieties of healthy fruits and vegetables. The cost is $20 per box and the box would retail for $32-$44.

In 2022, we served provided over 1500 FoodShare boxes with 12-15 varieties of healthy fruits and vegetables.

We provide school supplies and a book bag to each student at our School Drives each year in York County and the surrounding areas.
EDUCATION
We work with young adults to identify institutions of higher learning, complete entrance applications, secure financial aid.
